We had an awesome stay. The staff was friendly, and the hotel facilities were great. Our room and the pool were clean. The breakfast was delicious, and there were many options to choose from. Additionally, the afternoon tea was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to the Bali zoo and not far from the center of Ubud.

Had an amazing Easter experience at this hotel! Loved the super friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The pool was beautiful and clean, perfect for lounging in the sun. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the fact that they offered tea time every afternoon was a lovely surprise. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

Only negative aspect was the location, as it was a bit far from the city center and there were limited shuttle times. However, taxis were available but a bit expensive.
